Great Interpersonal skills, quick responses, and never felt pressured!

I highly recommend Brian Johnson. He presented us with options, answered our many questions, gave us competitive rates and never pressured us in our decision. He responded to emails and phone calls very quickly through the whole process. Although we had a few hiccups in our closing (none were his fault), he addressed and remedied them all before I had time to stress out about them. We were so glad we chose someone who was always prepared to field questions, explained the details of mortgage products, fees and services in laymen's terms and made what could have been an extremely stressful process go painlessly and smoothly! Simply Amazing!!

My wife and I had been trying to purchase a home for our family for 4 years. We were never quite able to find the right home so we decided to wait, and then out of the blue, the perfect home was found. On extremely short notice, about 12 hours or so, Angela was able to pull our old files and update our information to get us a new approval letter to put in an offer. She is quite amazing to work with and was always able to answer the questions that we had. I was purchasing a home on my own for the first time. Brian helped educate me when I had numerous questions.
